[ME 0.7.1.2A8E89] Broken catch block dupe bug

My cart had a broken wheel off the catch block. Looking at the catch block it has some damage but still showed 100%. I removed the catch block, only to get back a shaft. Now I can place unlimited of those shafts all over the world. I can pick them up, also can destroy with an axe. Attached is where I spammed a bunch from only one in my inventory, my inventory with missing tooltip from bugged item and then placing them on the wall (snapped) like attaching a timber.
I have the same bug
