Issu on server connect ME

Hello, Today my wife have try connect to server were we play like other day, She load to 99% and still stuck with a loading screen + respawn pannel , she try on another server same problem, she try on solo that work fine with and without mods, she have uninstall the game then reinstall it but it did not change anything
I have the same bug
