Dedicated Server Not Launching

Since installing updates for ME Server, it no longer launches properly. The EXE launches, then immediately terminates. Problem started on Feb 17th, I've updated since. Now, an error message is shown.
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard within VMWare ESXi 6.0 for HPE.
Alloc Resources: 32GB RAM, 2 Cores (Xeon X5650), 250Gb Storage
