Creative breaks quest

I had needed to go into creative to refund myself a cart that flew away. Once i did 2 quest broke "Strings Attached" and "Crop Production" my 2 active quest. After i went back into survival they were registering as non activated quest and i could not activate them. The saves and backup are labeled in the zip
--UPDATE--
i had to revert my save and once i did "Crop Production" worked out fine but i had to abandon "Strings Attached" and once i re-activated it, it auto-completed it self.
