Crash during loading

Hello everybody,

I've done the update and deleted all outdated mods.

I've checked game files

But when I want to start a new game, the game is crashing at 18%

Even without mods

I've re-installed the game as well

I really don't know what's the problem

To note I've changed my GPU (from Nvidia gtx 1060 to Radeon Rx Vega 56)

I've got the following hardware :

CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 2600

MB : Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro

RAM : Hyper X Fury DDR4 2177Mhz

GPU : MSI Radeon Rx Vega 56

Help would be so appreciated ... :D
