constructions not showing the block, deconstruction not erasing the block

When I build a block, I don't see it, unless I quit and launch again the game.
If I destroy a block, it's still shown even if it's not there anymore, thus if I try to delete it again, I destroy what's hidden behind. If I quit then launch again the game, the block isn't anymore there.
So, if I'm building or deconstructing, I need to quit and log again to see what I have done.
On the screenshot, you can see with the handtool the block is there, but doesn't show up
