[0.7.1][vanilla]Toolbar gets partially(mostly) cleared on loading a world

When loading a world again after closing just the world or the game itself, the toolbar gets partially cleared of its contents on the slots. This isn't nice as you have to reassing the weapons, tools and food on the toolbar slots every time you load the world.
