Game not loading and I get a black screen.

I'm playing on an xbox one s and have had this problem before, however this time it happened after I closed the game due to being in a 20 minute plus loading screen. Now when I try loading the game it either freezes at the title image or shows the title image and goes to a black screen.

I have the exact problem even the 20 minutes wait does it show the 'space engineers' screen with the ship? otherwhys we can still try to help each other
