We are planning to lock down the bug forums once we have made appropriate posts to notify users of the change. It should happen by the end of the day.
The keen forums are now locked. We don't have a decision about the Steam support forums yet but likely they'll also be closed. Unfortunately, RexBot is dead. Our new portal has a web API though so we can likely code a support bot that will integrate nicely.
