This site: Keen Developers should have consistent names/handles

I've seen a few developers going by their real names, and others going by their handles.
Personally, I don't care which they use, however for consistency, all developers should use the same naming convention.
Ideally, this would be their real name, AND their handle. This is so we know who's who, such as on the forums, or on Discord.
Additionally, a clear indicator of whom is staff would be nice.
I think the blue banner icon next to their name is that indicator, but there's no tooltip telling me such.
