Oxygen Tank/Vent Issue on DS

On a server i play on hooking a vent up to oxygen tanks (that are connected to oxygen farms) wont re-pressurise a room, but it works when I turn the O2/H2 generator on. I have tested in singleplayer and it also works.
The server uses 2 mods: Easy Inventory and Text HUD API
Yes there is oxygen in the tanks (4x1.1L), the oxygen farms are getting sunlight. It is fed through a sorter but removing the sorter and replacing it with a conveyor tube does nothing.
Vent says the room is sealed and ready to be pressurised (Green light)
