Make the bug/idea report window bigger

The window when submitting a bug or idea report is very small, and not the size the actualy post will be. For the sake of better visibility when making a more elaborate bug report, please increase this to the size the actual post is. especially weird when you add images. Reference:

It can be resized vertically by dragging the handle at the bottom of the scroll bar. Horizontal size on websites is partially determined by the size of the screen or window that it is displayed in so you can't rely on it. Meaning there is no point in trying to match it.
