Problem with spawning in a Med Bay in Multiplayer Xbox One

I am trying to play with my friend in a Multiplayer game. When we first load into a world, the med bays work fine. But if we die, the med bays are stuck on “Streaming” when you try to spawn in one and won’t go any further. This only happens on the client side and can be fixed if the client reloads. It can get a bit annoying when you have to leave the game because you died. I hope you can fix this soon.
