Weird behavior of NPCs and their ragdolls

Hello! I have attached a pair of small videos illustrating weird behavior of NPCs, that I have encountered. One is a mass spawn in the same place - there is noticeable lag when that happens. The other shows that sometimes their ragdolls ignore gravity. Looks hilarious, but definitely is not intended.
