More Controls for the Wheels needed.

We need the ability to set up more controls on the wheels.
- Designate which wheels will steer and whether steering is reversed - you could have an auto feature to retain the current behaviour.
- Steering angle limits (as per SE1).
- Speed as well as acceleration limits.
