Position is off after traveling

Hi,
everytime I travel with a ship my positon is off. I can aligne connectors perfectly but they won.t autodock or when leave my controllseat (even if this ship is already in place) I am in some walls, Blocks etc.
If I leave to the main main menue and load again my ship has moved and I´m sererval meters away from the connector and/or my character is correctly placed behind my controll-seat. It seems the game has calculated my posistion wrong after the flight an corrected when reloading.
I have startet 2 new games after the hostile encounters-update. both with this problem. (I have switched between survivial and creativemode and back to place a ship of mine)
