Ship's quick-access panel disappear in K window if you touch anything

In SE2 it's a new mechanics were we should drag and drop items directly in K menu of a ship. But it's extremely annoying that at any touch of any button except "one time" drag and drop - the quick-access panel disappear every time. And even worse, if I want to add to actions like "Drill - Drilling" to 1 and "Drill - Removing" to 2, in this case quick-access panel Also disappear after first "drag and drop + action - drilling", it takes a huge amount of time to set up quick-access panel of a new ship:
