Docked ships slowly burn H2

Docked Aquila to Vallation Station. Filled H2 tanks to 100% with no ice on board.
Sitting docked, the tanks slowly empty with dampeners on or off.
Undock ship while leaving engines on and tanks do not empty.
Even if idling H2 thrusters should use up H2 slowly, the behavior shouldn't depend on whether ship is docked or not, and docked ships should use the LEAST H2.
I have the same bug
Update:
I turned off ALL H2 thrusters on the Aquila, verified all off in control panel and via visual exam of all thrusters.
When docked to Vallation Station I'm loosing H2 with tanks set to Auto. Undocking stopped the drain.
