Crashing on World Load (Old and New World)

I try to load a new world or my previous world (after the Hostile Encounter update) and 3 seconds into the load, it stops and only pops open a cmd window with a crash dump message, no driver detection window that i thought would be the case since i've been having problems with amd. I verified files and reinstalled, and nothing's changed.

Attatched are all files that i can find that correlate to all crashes.
