Crash when publishing workshop changes to old blueprints

Working to update some old builds in the Workshop with new components. I replace the local file grid with the new grid, publish changes to the Workshop and confirm on the dialogue box to replace the version on the Workshop. The game moves to the publishing process screen then crashes to desktop. Error logs attached.

Not sure if this is related to the fact that some of these old builds were using "non-functional" versions of blocks which are now functional or what is going on. Hopefully the logs reveal the issue.

Just a follow up, the bug definitely relates to some of the older builds only and it actually starts with not correctly replacing the original local blueprint. When I hit "Replace Grid" with the updates, it appears to save successfully, but when I paste in that blueprint, the changes I made aren't there, which is probably why it also fails to upload to the workshop.

I was able to get a newer blueprint (Mission Runner) updated no problem. I'll do some more troubleshooting later and see if replacing the original "non-functional" components with the current ones fixes it. The game replaces those original non-functional pieces automatically (like the old buttons and doors) but my gut says it might have to do with that, especially since I can't even replace the local grid.
