More 3rd Person view options

ALT keybind to rotate around the ship and zoom in should also let you pan the camera Pan Up/Down/Forward/Backwards/Left/Right
the system already feels like you should be able to that
a game that does this well is Avorion if you wanna see exactly what i mean
You don't even have to use arrow keys to break fluidity
ctrl + alt + mousemovement for left/right and up/down and mousewheel for forward/backwards
I like this feedback
