After completing the build, with everything green, and entering the small green box to transfer. it won't complete the contract.

Do you know which game version this world is from? Hotfix 2.4.0.93 fixed this, but old worlds are still affected.

Keen lists 3 methods in the topic I linked.

There’s also a way to force-finish contracts. (ctrl+F12-> contracts-> scroll down-> Finish active contract)
