Can't Complete Kemik "Destroy the turrets and the main reactor" "Destroy the Renegade Base"

New world started with this version.

All missions up to Dustspire Junction have completed correctly

The deliver materials to Dustspire Junction mission completed correctly.

The "Destroy the Turrets and Main Reactor" version of "Destroy the Renegade Base" does not complete.

Possible related issues...

I took the mission and then did a lot of other things, including going back to Kemik Station before I attempted the mission. Could leaving and returning to the mission area have caused the issue?

First time through I saved-as to a name that had been used before and was (I believe) from a version before v2.4.0.95. Could reusing an old name somehow have inherited problems?

I loaded a version of the world from before the save-as. Abandoned the mission. Took it over again. Destroyed each turret followed by the turret battery with the Grinder Mk 4. Destroyed the Main Reactor in two steps with the grinder. First step filling up character inventory and unloading it to my ship. Second step completely removing the reactor. I then ground down the site battery. At this point the mission had not completed.

I ground down the button boxes and LCDs in the control room. Mission did not complete.

Note that in the second run-through I did not do any save-as. I did do a manual save after accepting the mission and before leaving Dustspire Junction.
