Modding UI support!

Please allow modders to add UI elements to the game and create custom windows when building mod content for the end user.
As someone who has made a few mods, being able to create my own window, overlay, terminal, or console would have been extremely useful; or if implement your own console/terminal and allow user to tie into it using their mods. It would give modders a way to let users interact with their mods directly in the game.
For example, it would be great to have the ability to:
- Create custom windows and overlays
- Add basic UI controls such as buttons, text fields, and menus
- Create a terminal or console for mod commands
- Pass command arguments and parameters through the UI
- Let users change mod settings without editing files
- Give users a way to interact with custom systems directly in-game
Even a basic set of tools for creating custom UI would give modders a lot more freedom. As someone who has worked on mods, this is something I would have loved to have available, please and thank you!
