Bug with item build menu SE2

The building tool tip wont go away, the thing that says what materials you need.
Steps to recreate:
1. Build said object from blueprint
2. While still looking at it save the game.
3. No load that game
Result is a build screen of that item that wont go away tell you reload the game when not looking at it.
I have the same bug Access denied
