Issues with using multiple mining drills.

The problem:
Placing large drills in any configuration, such as a cross, a rotating cross via the use of a rotor, or a long line of 3-10 drills, doesn't work. They cannot mine.
Since you have to leave enough clearance between them, placing any type of conveyor will collide with remaining traces of very thin voxels that the drills didn't manage to mine.
It's worth mentioning that the second mode, drill mode, which just clears the area, performs much better due to its already larger radius but can still get stuck sometimes.
The solution:
Make the drill radius larger so this doesn't happen, or redesign the drills so they can be placed next to each other.
