I am unable to unlock the 2.5 cargo container to complete certain contracts as the mission that I apparently need to complete is not available at valation station
I have the same bug Access denied

Please provide a screenshot of the available Contracts at Vallation Station.
Cargo Container 2.5 m is a reward for completing Bulk Delivery - Iron Contract on Vallation Station, it will be listed as "Cargo Container (Medium)".
