Save crashing consistently - Assertion failed for entity near Kemik center

Save became unplayable while working on craft. Consistently crashes shortly after loading. Logs and dump attached.
Prior to issues was working on a grid. The grid is currently connected to the planets surface - no sub grids by removing parts were created (to my knowledge).
Parts in use: 0.5m gyros, [1m 2m & 5m] atmos thrusters, 1.5m batteries, 0.5m light armour, cockpit and cargo container.
