Helios sector, objective 2: destroy production capabilities

Contract will not complete. States to destroy 2 gear forges and the refinery. Once completed it simply states the objective but will not progress further

Please verify your Game files through Steam. Then, load your Save file, accept and abandon the Contract. Reload the Game by saving, exiting to Main Menu and loading your Save again. Afterwards, accept the Contract again and try to complete it.
