Impossible to create new blueprint since last update

You go Shift-G then click on New Blueprint : nothing happen

I have the same bug
OK so it suddenly worked again don't know why I closed the game and relaunched it to test if the bug was still present before posting here and it was... Later in the same savegame, I somehow tried to create a blueprint "for fun" cause I was sure it would not work, but this time it did... strange
