LCD text alignment - Vertical alignment bug

I've noticed that the text alignment on LCDs isn't correct according to the chosen value. To reproduce the issue, I set up a "Narrow 0.5m LCD" and added simple text like "001" in the settings. I was trying to center the text vertically and horizontally (the horizontal centering works correctly).

The vertical setting places the "top" value at the lowest point of the alignment, and the "bottom" value at the highest point. Furthermore, it seems to only use half the screen area.

The problem is mainly observed on the narrow version. I haven't tested this on all available screens, but on the wide and square versions, it seems correct.

Another clue is that it depends on the font size. With a small font size, the alignment is correct, but not with a large font size.

The attached video demonstrates this.
