unable to finish quest sabotage : renegade

title says it all, destroyed all of three marked locations/marked machines but the game wont trigger it complete. love the game but this just dumb, waste of time and nerves -_- and this is not the only time the game wont trigger quest to complete when doing everything that quest needs!
