Ship Flicker

I noticed while flying my ship the whole thing will flicker down and right and then come back. this appears to be purely visual as it doesn't cause any frame drop or change my trajectory but I haven't tested it close enough to an object to know for sure. it does happen in both first and third person and isn't directly related to speed as I had it happen at max as well as slow.

Same for me, the ship "skin" flicker when I fly the Grass Hopper ship in the new Turorial world and it was not doing so in the previous vaersion VS2.3.
