Bulk Delivery Contracts to Vallis Reach state wrong Delivery location (v2.3.0.2798 Release Alpha)

Both Bulk Delivery Contract descriptions at Vallis Reach (and possibly other Contracts - haven't checked in detail) state "Location: Space" despite actually being deliverable to Vallis Reach.
