Contract bug - Bulk Iron dropoff to Vallation Station

For the Contract to drop off 50t of Iron to Vallation Station (I don't recall the exact name, sorry), any excess Iron is removed alongside the required 50t upon completion. This is inconsistent with other Contracts.
I have the same bug Access denied

I have reported this issue and attached this thread to our internal ticket (SPE2-1041).
Please note that this issue occurs with the other Bulk Delivery Contract at Vallation Station.
