player input stutter
this has gotten too frustrating for me. i cant play for 20 minutes without it starting to flare up.
i went so far as deleting all my game saves (which cleared up nearly 8 gb) and starting 2 fresh worlds. one creative, and one following the story.
by the time i got to vallation station and started the contract for manufacturing site (100 heavy plates, 50 compressors, 50 ion chambers, 30 motherboards) while drilling it started to show. and became unplayable by the time i got to vallis reach.
the worst part is noticing the clouds just drifting along, watching like they are at 4ms ping, and you are spiking at 4k. i THOUGHT i saw the same happen with the speed particles at one point, but could not verify. also i dont recall it being this unstable before they were introduced. i may be wrong.
ill keep following game updates and hope this part of it is fixed before npcs are added, because they will likely cause this to happen even quicker than it already does.
