12.5m Antenna not unlocked

On Space Engineers 2, I'm progressing, at Palantir station, but don't have the 12.5m Antenna unlocked. Via wiki (https://spaceengineers2.wiki.gg/wiki/Antenna_12.5_m) it says it's unlocked via the same contract as the 2.5m Control Seat, which I _do_ have unlocked.
I'm running Debian Forky (testing) with Steam + Proton, no Compatibility override, so using whatever the current Proton version with updates are. Hardware is 5800X3D, NVMe SSD, 7900XT GPU.
Speaking of which, it keeps complaining my hardware doesn't meat minimum standards, even though it clearly does/exceeds.
