Gyroscope power bias

One setting I've been looking forward to is the ability to "bias" the gyroscope power to a certain axis.
This will provide more rotational power to that axis, in proportion to other axes.
A ship made with a large pitch bias can be made sluggish to yaw or roll, while it gains the ability to pitch extremely fast.
Likewise, reducing yaw bias will improve rotational output in the pitch and roll axes.
