Projections floating nearby when loading a save.
Need More Information
Quite often, when loading a save, I look around and see a few blocks floating about 100m away.
Yesterday, it was a set of conveyor tubes that I had placed and welded up on a ship 40km away. The configuration was memorable. Usually it has been just one or two blocks at a time.
Note that, when mining, I tend to place blocks as land marks for both the entry point and to mark where the tunnel meets the ore body (so I can see where to go to get back to the surface). So I was wondering if the game was having problems with keeping track of the scattered locations

this feels like the old locked grid issue where the starting location of grids remained persistant even after the grids were mobile.

I haven't had a recent repro to capture. Marcus, you could be right with the caveat that the displayed locations are relative to me, the engineer, at the time the save is loaded. The location where the blocks were placed could have been 20km away. If I see it again and I can reproduce it on repeated loads, I'll send you the save file
