SUGGESTION : horizontal spirit detector for fly engine and wheel engines

In my thinking of some vehicle i have the need of a spirit sensor capable of return if it is orienting to the ground/sky by the left or by the right (or front or back) , and for each type of orientation having an action case. is that possible ? will be it ?
