Seperation of grids

Currently building a base and came across an issue where my grids seem to of seperated.
Im building a new base and doing a raised rectangle for power generation solar/wind, and I layed down the ghost outline of where blocks and solar will be, the rectangle is 63x20 in 2.5m blocks.
I built half of it with Turbines and planned on doing the rest covered in solar but despite that everything is connected to each other and to my base there are somehow 2 different grids.
so power from the second half wont power my main base
I have the same bug
