Over time, the game starts to lag

Initially, the game was going well, everything was smooth and in 60 frames, but after I started actively flying in space, disassembling ships according to tasks and moving over long distances, the game began to lag. Resetting the settings to the minimum does not help, there is no difference between the highest and lowest graphics settings. After some time, the lags become smaller, but they still return so that it becomes impossible to play. I understand this is an alpha version, but still. Where can I get the logs so that I can send them to you?
