SWITCHING TASKBARS 1 THROUGH 9

HELLO
ok so in the menus i can. not. setup the "next toolbar" and "previous toolbar" on my auxiliary mouse buttons like i do in SE1 !! in SE1 its comma and period to go up and down in the toolbar pages,
in this game therer is no such way that i can see to do this... as there is only one setting for scrll toolbar... there NEEDS to be TWO options int the controls menu "NEXT TOOLBAR" and "PREVIOUS TOOLBAR" as SCROLL TOOLBAR only goes one freaking direction!!!
