Performance issues when it's day

I have this problem where the game runs pretty good at night, but as soon as there is daylight, I the game lags heavily. It goes from 60fps to instantly 40, 45, then back to 60. I'm playing at medium.
My pc is:
3060 12gb
5600x
32gb of ram
