Crash when added parent groups & nested groups to toolbar

I had a parent group named "Thrusters" with nested groups "H2 Thrust" & "Ion Thrust", when adding to the toolbar (with the goal being to toggle all thrusters off / on at the same time) the game experienced a crash. Logged in and tried again to see if repeatable, crashed again. Attempted a third time, this time adding "Ion Thrust" to the toolbar first, then parent group "Thrusters" and NO crash occurred.
I have the same bug Access denied
