Reduce Flashing Lights option

Using the hand drill in the dark or underground (with or without suit lights) the flashing/strobe effect emitted from the drill is incredibly bright and flashy, and uncomfortable to look at . My partner can't play at all as she is prone to migraines and flashing lights trigger them, and I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate an accessibility option to reduce theses flashing lights
