Game freezes while unloading

The Game is unloading infinitely.

Have you tried verifying Game files through Steam? Does the freeze occurs with new saves or older saves?

Steam says "files successfully validated".
It happened only once. I was about to do 1st contract in Kemik sector: Destroying hidden renegade base near iron ore deposit. When I arrived at the site, the GPS marker disappeared but the objective label with the objective description did not appear. So I wanted to exit and re-enter the game. Then the unload freeze happened. Then I stopped the game in Steam and reloaded it. The objectives then correctly appeared. The next unload went well.
The save was a successor save of a new VS 2.3 save.
