Ports of straight and curved conveyors suddently don't work
Need More Information
I'm in the middle of building a 2.5m conveyor network in my base. So far, everything worked fine. Suddenly, I notice that not all connections work anymore. I traced it back to a location where if I attach certain variants of 2.5m conveyors, their port does not work, so that I can't access the inventory. Other variants do work though.
The following variants don't work:
- straight
- curved
The following variants do work:
- T-junction
- cross junction
- node junction
Notes:
- my world is available at https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3768301898
- my game is on version 2.3.0.2798
- I did use the debug menu, but only for altering the time of day.

I have the same bug
Hello Christof Soehngen,
It seems that some of your conveyors are disconnected from the main Grid. Please note that once disconnected parts cannot currently be connected again. I would advice you to rebuild the disconnected conveyors. You can check which ones are not connected by placing and welding a light on each part.
Please remember that cutting a conveyor line in two places creates a new Grid if not connected through other blocks.
Let me know if that helps.
Kind Regards,

Thank you very much for your quick response, I appreciate that very much!
If it's the disconnected grid and that currently is a known limitation, I'm completely fine accomodating for that.
I'm just not 100% sure if it's just that or if I correctly understand what's happening. The reason for that is, that the differen behaviour of curved/straight conveyors vs. junctions at the same location.
Example: If I remove the current straight conveyor with the not-working port and replace it with a junction, it works, and I can access the inventory. If I remove the junction and replace it with a straight conveyor again, it doesn't work. Would this still be in line with the "disconnected grid" topic?
