Arrived at location, the info box stated that there was already 1 grid in the build area with a battery, smelter and 3512 PCU. But there is nothing in the box. I built the required blocks but the info box is not updating and the PCU is still higher than the 1800 max allowed.
The attached image shows the info box after building all the blocks.
