Mission breaks after save/reload
Engineering Mission (go to place>build a thing>go to other place to confirm transfer>go back to mission giver to claim reward) [specifically it was to build an antenna to progress colonisation of first planet]
Went to the place, built the thing, saved/reloaded game, went to other place to confirm (pop up confirmed & mission appeared to progress but gps did not change), went back to mission terminal and unable to claim reward, only abandon. Returning to gps marker (still with the green wireframe box around it) has no further effect.
I have the same bug Access denied
